The Elegant 17" x 13" is big enough for drink service or small enough to sit on your vanity.
The color is Mint Green with a beautiful White and Blue Spray of Flowers on the Surface. It is also edged in gold.
Condition is quite good - Some small bits of Paint loss here and there.
